Piers Morgan talked to Dwayne Johnson, or The Rock as WWE fans know him, in an interview that airs tonight at 9pmET/PT. We caught up with Johnson after the sit-down for a Green Room Q&A. As for his return to the WWE and hosting Wrestlemania on Sunday: “I think it’s going to be electric…for me as an actor, to be able to host, live, 75,000 people, dream come true.” And is this a hint for things to come? “I get to kick ass, literally,” he said.
Johnson recently joined Twitter, which he says he was “reluctant to engage in” before learning more about it. But now: “I love the interaction. Sometimes I’ll sit down for two hours and just answer questions.” So what does he think of fellow Wrestlemania participant Snooki of “Jersey Shore” (and Piers Morgan)?
“I had a chance to meet her one time, her and the cast,” he said of Snooki. “She wants to come on, she wants to have fun. At the end of the day the most important thing for me is that the audience is entertained.”
And after the grilling by Piers: “He’s a very smart guy. I was a big fan of his before I did the show and now that I’ve done the show… I’m not anymore.”
