LOS ANGELES (AP) — You have to be pretty hard-nosed to be a hockey player — or even to play one in the movies. That’s what Dwayne Johnson’s director in “Tooth Fairy” says of his star. Michael Lembeck says Johnson tried to do all the stunts required for the title role, a minor league hockey player who gets “drafted” to join a team of tooth fairies. Lembeck says a lot of actors have their people tell directors what their clients would and wouldn’t be willing to do. But he says Johnson was game to try everything that was asked of him. The movie finished fourth at the box office this past weekend.
