The upcoming disaster film San Andreas is unfortunately not called “Dwayne Johnson vs. An Earthquake”, but that may be for good reason. Instead of fighting, the movie instead finds Johnson filling the role of a helicopter rescue pilot, hence all the “saving lives” stuff seen in a new batch of images that Warner Bros. just released. Directed by Brad Peyton (Journey 2: The Mysterious Island), the film takes place around the events of a massive Earthquake shaking California to its core, putting Johnson’s ex-wife (Carla Gugino) and daughter (Alexandra Daddario) right in harm’s way.
